China's president-she Jinping has turned down president-elect Donald Trump's invite to his

inauguration. It was asking a lot from Xi politically, because it could have been seen as him

endorsing a democratic transfer of power, something that doesn't happen in China.

But Trump says he's inviting other world leaders as well, as CNN's Christian Holmes explains.

Now, normally, these foreign leaders don't attend an inauguration.
