A massive winter storm is impacting tens of millions of Americans, from the Ohio Valley to the

Mid-Atlantic, disrupting commutes, causing power outages, and bringing flights to a standstill.

The governors of Kentucky, Virginia, West Virginia, Arkansas, Missouri, and New Jersey have

all declared states of emergency, while Maryland's governor declared a state of preparedness.

These people in Missouri spoke to CNN affiliate KCTV yesterday.

I've lived here pretty much all my life off and on, but no, I don't remember anything like this in a minute.
