It's the 22nd anniversary of the terror attacks on the United States. Rescuers in Morocco are scrambling to find survivors from Friday's devastating earthquake.

More than 2,100 people have been reported dead, with that toll still expected to rise.

The 6.8 magnitude earthquake was the strongest that part of the country had experienced in

120 years.

The worst destruction has been in isolated mountain areas, which are harder to

access, with residents describing survival conditions after their villages were flattened.

Some are stuck in roads, some lack food and shelter. We are 12 or 13 in the town. and city of Marrakesh, many residents spent a second night sleeping on the streets at a

It's President Joe Biden's final day in Vietnam, and he's meeting both the Prime Minister and the President to establish what he

calls a comprehensive strategic partnership.

It's his latest attempt to pull another one of China's neighbors closer to the U.S.

U.S. officials say the partnership will put America on par with Vietnam's highest tier of

partners, which includes China.

Biden also sought to counter China's influence at the G20 summit in India this weekend
