After months of tense negotiations on Capitol Hill,

President Joe Biden will sign a more than $95 billion foreign aid package into law today.

The Senate passed the bill with wide bipartisan support last night, approving funding for Israel,

Ukraine and Taiwan. It's a victory for Biden, Congressional Democrats,

and Senate GOP leader Mitch McConnell, who had been pushing to send the age to Ukraine for a long time.

After more than six months of hard work, many twists and turns in the road, America sends a message

to the entire world. We will not turn our back on you.

Biden will address the American people today and said in a statement he's aiming to send weapons and equipment to Ukraine this week.

The package ties together four bills that the House voted on separately last weekend,

providing nearly $61 billion for Ukraine, over $26 billion for Israel, and more than 8 billion for the

Indo-Pacific. And once Biden signs the bill, it will also start the clock for a possible

Tik-Toc ban. Lawmakers included legislation in the foreign aid

package that gives the app's Chinese parent company bite dance 270 days to sell the platform,

or Tik-Tok will be removed from US App Stores.
