For the first time in history, workers are striking against all of the big three automakers. The United Auto Workers Union started its

walkout at midnight after it failed to reach a deal with Ford, General Motors and Stolantis.

The Union made ambitious demands in wages, benefits and job protections for its members,

pointing to the fact all three automakers have been reporting record or near record profits.

Here's the union's President Sean Fain announcing the strike.

The world is watching and the UAW is ready to stand up. Ford's CEO Jim Farley said his company is ready for the strike,

but claimed it could have been avoided altogether

indicted on three gun-related charges yesterday.

It's the first time in US history that the Justice Department has charged a sitting President's child, and Lowell claims

the indictment is down to political pressure. This is to do with a gun hunt aboard in 2018,

and the charges he's facing include making false statements on a federal firearms form and possession of a firearm as a prohibited person.

Hunter's original plea deal collapsed over the summer, and court filings show he's been issued with a summons to appear
