with no clear path to avoid it.

President Joe Biden is set to meet with top congressional leaders today

as the White House ramps up pressure

to pass additional funding for Ukraine.

Lawmakers had hoped to release details of a bipartisan spending deal on Sunday evening,

but that still hasn't happened.

There are high-level disagreements on policy, with House Speaker Mike Johnson

under a huge amount of pressure from the right to fight for conservative wins on these issues.

And some Democratic senators, like Elizabeth Warren, are getting seriously frustrated.
