This is the wrap-up episode of our Trick Relationships season on the podcast this spring.

And as we were thinking about how to wrap up this season, I thought it'd be fun to invite my friend Melissa Zaldivar

to join me today and kind of turn the tables where I'm inviting her to host this show

and to ask me questions about the prayers of rest podcast, the book, the process, kind of a peek

behind the scenes into what the last two years,

but especially the last six months have been like as we just prayerfully prepared this

prayer devotional and brought it to you, our listeners.

So Melissa is not just a friend, but she is also officially my book manager

with Moody Publishers. Melissa, thank you so much for being here. Yeah, I'm glad to be here.

It's fun to be on the prayers of rest side of things. We also found out just about 20 minutes

before we started recording that all of Melissa's emails

have been going to my junk folder.

So I felt like she was ignoring me during launch week.

And meanwhile, she probably thought I was ignoring her.

Yeah, I was like, she's really chill this week.

Like, I've just heard from her here and there.

I guess she's just like out of rhythm. It's great. It might have been for the best, maybe. Well, let's see. But I can't wait to go through when you're like, we need to, we need to get a sky rider. Did you ask me that? Because I can't wait to find out. No, no, that was not one of them. But at one point, I was like, I think it was just really chill this week.

And we're recording this on the Friday after the Proz of Rest book has officially released in May 17th.

So you'll be hearing this probably later in July, but we're recording this on the heels of release.
