Chemistry Holdings developed a molecule encapsulation technology and created made by science

to apply this technology to the cannabis space.

Both companies have unbelievably,

inexplicably, astonishingly exited before ever taking a product to market. Chemistry

Holdings merged with publicly traded cure pharmaceuticals and made by science was acquired by

Acreage Holdings, one of the largest cannabis companies in the world.

It all started with a simple idea of chewable alcohol.

This evolved into a microencapsulation technology that had so many applications to disrupt so many different industries.

This is about the value of IP, intellectual property, and how the most successful move for a

company might just be not to make a product at all.
