that are lending rent money to people renting apartments?

So this is a crazy thing but for people who rent at the upper end, more than average

apartment rent kind of place.

There have been too many apartments built.

The rent levels though even with so many apartments having been built are still really

high because the cost of new construction and all that and they got investors and blah,

blah, blah.

And all across America and most every midsize and major market in the United States, there's

been a proliferation, some considerate a plague of the construction of what are known

as five over ones, which is ultra popular with developers anyway, method of building apartments

where there's a concrete first floor foundation built and then five more stories of wood
