It must be good. So there's Joel T. You know, you do, you have seen me before. On occasion, I will go get Froyo or something and bring it up in here. We're going full fat here, brother. So this is full, full go, but. All go, no quit. I guess what I'm saying here is, it's not that I don't like ice cream. It's just kind of like I've always said before. I always prefer when I'm eating a meal to not eat dessert and just get more of... The meal. The meal. I know, I get it. And so I just, I never go that without. What you should do is what I do is get more of the meal and then get dessert.

That's what I do. You could. I do. That is an option. There's no could. I did. I have. I will again. I just don't know that my frame would support that long term. It doesn't have to be every day. It's not every day. one day, Joel, we're going to get you to a piece of pie or something. You want me to embrace the dad bod.

That's what you're bod. A little bit, yeah. Yeah. You've got three kids. You've won the race. Take off the uniform. That's what I'm saying. So, but Joel T. does have a, what is that?
