questions to get us kick started in a practical way with things, I think. I call it,

take my own inventory. And never is this so needed than our social media life, right? If you're wanting to take

the steps I've talked about this week or just listening for the first time and haven't even heard

those shows, this show is good in any case because these questions help us get real with where

Number one, does it help or hinder me? This is a great question to ask ourselves in general about social media, I think. But even beyond that, I think it pertains well to what we're looking at

and who we find ourselves

following.

If what we're spending our time reading or who we're following helps us, that's a win and

probably a good reason to keep following or reading.
