Hi, and welcome to the Five Word Prayers Daily, a five-day-a-week, daily devotional where we share the

0:05.7

word, prayers, in our heart. I'm Lisa Whittle, and I welcome you to just five minutes with me,

0:10.5

which I trust and pray will be five minutes well spent. So we're talking boundaries in our last week

0:16.1

1:18.5

Because we're human and we get defensive.

1:20.8

We protect ourselves as a human instinct when we get hurt or when we feel violated in some way.

1:26.0

And walls keep us from others and make us feel like

1:28.9
