admit I don't like labels very much, and I don't find them particularly helpful in most cases.

eight getting one of these for Christmas and it was literally my very favorite thing that Christmas

and I went around to random things like the can opener and I made a label can opener or whatever it was

and I stuck it on there. True story. I labeled everything that year. I love my label maker, but I do not

love labels. I don't like it when people lump me into a category typically or when I hear people

lump others into a category of some kind. Labels generally, I don't find helpful. I remember a counselor

once told me that the words always and never are not good for our vocabulary,

particularly when you're referring to someone. You always or you never, like when you're in a fight.

And this is what labels remind me of. It's kind of like saying you are always in this category

or you are never going to be in this space. And that is a limiting
