Today's show is another that you listeners wanted to talk about. I love when you give your input because if you are dealing with something, other people are too,

and that's something we don't always realize.

We're much more alike than what we think.

You know that, right?

I wonder if you've ever thought about taking a time out in your life?

Wouldn't it be nice to just hit the pause button and everything freezes and you can just stop the crazy pace of life for once. Can you and should

you take a time out in your life? We're going to talk about that on the show today.

Well, as I was just describing that hitting the pause button on life, stopping the crazy

pace, I have to tell you that I was salivating

a little at the very thought because, goodness, life keeps moving, doesn't it? It's hard to keep up,

and just yesterday it seems my kids were little, and really just yesterday it seems I was little

and running around in my parents' backyard. My kids can't picture it, but I sure can. Life just moves at an incredibly

fast pace, and adulthood is great in many ways, but hard in others. And how many of us wish we

could call a timeout in our lives to regroup, make a better plan, even just catch our breath?

I mean, really, I love going on vacation, and I've talked

to my girlfriends about this, but when you go on vacation, the world doesn't stop. So you come

back, and the reality of laundry and catching up on emails hits you. So sometimes it doesn't

feel like a vacation is even worth it anymore. But I've decided it still is, by the way.

But I think the question is, should we
