curriculum.

Several medical school accreditors and medical organizations are pledging to incorporate at

least 40 hours of nutrition education and their graduation requirements as part of a push

It will shape what students learn, what physicians master, what licensing boards assess, and ultimately how patients receive care.

HHS Secretary Robert F. Kennedy Jr.'s 19 additional medical schools are also signing on to the Nutrition Education Pledge.
