If I don't throw them out to sea, they'll die in the hot sun.

They've been washed ashore by the tide.

The grandson said, but granddaddy, there are thousands of them. What possible difference can it make?

And then the grandfather reached down, picked up another one and

threw it out to see and said to this one it makes all the difference in the world.

profound way. It's been used prolific politically as a story of using either a sand dollar or a starfish.

As you'll hear in this one, Zigg uses a sand dollar. And it's a message that balances or redeems what seems like futility with salvation.

You may now know the story well, but again, Zigg delivers it in an amazing fashion.

I said for those who truly view their work as their mission who specifically

are you devoted to saving? Who are you devoted to saving and serving and how.

And I'll disclose right up front, I receive less than half the number of responses I'm

used to getting.

And why, I can't save for sure, and Tom and I talked about it on the show the inclination is that not a lot of people know

specifically who that person is what that avatar of person that they are serving in their business is.
