Aloha, welcome back to the Anxiety Coaches Podcast. In today's episode, I want to talk about

0:30.4

filling your own cup first in order to keep anxiety at bay. One of the things I see

0:38.9

a lot with people who are anxious or panicked is they tend to also be people who are doing too much

0:48.4

sometimes at the expense of their own well-being and that doesn't have to be major things. It can be

2:03.6

And by vulnerable, I mean vulnerable to the slings and arrows of life.

2:11.7

We never know when that next big wave is coming. So we are best to always

2:19.6

stay on our game as best we can of course. So by looking at it from a different

2:26.4

perspective we can more easily give ourselves permission to do what we need to do for our own well-being.

2:35.0

What I mean by that is not looking at it as being selfish.
