Let's go. Oh, All right. Welcome to episode 598. Hello my friend. Welcome to a fresh new episode of New Mindset Houdis as always

thank you so much for listening thank you for supporting me and today I want to talk

about something I've learned when it comes to relationships of any kind, the people you choose to have in your life,

the people you choose to be loyal to who you ride or die with, who you support in good times

and in bad. And of course, then with the expectation that the flip side is true, they are just as loyal and supportive and there for you as you are for them. Those people, right, when it comes to those relationships, the thing that I've noticed about us,

human nature is that we tend to see the trees instead of the forest. We say, for instance,

in my friends or in my partner or business partner or whatever.

I want to receive what I offer.

I want them to be empathetic.

I want them to be kind.

I want them to be patient.

I want them to be supportive. We pinpoint these individual things that we say we want in relationships.

And I think that's fair, of course. I think very much so you deserve to receive the things that you offer and I don't see a problem

with wanting those specific things.

But I've realized that when we look for those individual things, we lose sight of the one singular, larger thing that I've really

learned dictates if people are even capable of offering those things in the first place,

if those things are even on the menu.

So I think we need to look at this one large thing first, not the individual things but this one
