you're something's wrong with you, and I have to remind myself like, no, these are the facts of your life and objectively my life is

incredible I think there's a social bias against I think social media makes every

antagonizes everything including I'm having a nice day yes so you can't say I'm having a nice day. So you just go, okay, I have to just not be participating in that. Yeah. But I'm going to tell myself I'm having a nice day and it's not a privilege, white privilege issue or any of that stuff.

It's like, no I'm just having a nice day as a human being.

And I appreciate this consciousness and this experience.

Yeah.

And I just do it four times a day.

Ideally, sometimes it's only three,

so on the worst age twice.
