something that has helped me when I feel overwhelmed.

And I don't know about you, but when I feel overwhelmed in life,

that is anxious or like spiraling or stuck or just like a lot on my plate,

it's usually because I am just that. I am overwhelmed, right?

Overwhelmed in the sense of feeling surrounded by a large amount of issues that are piling up and piling up and I am acutely aware of each and every one of those issues.

So aware that I could list each one out in detail.

I'm anxious right now and I'm stressed at work and I haven't worked out in a bit so I feel

lazy and gross and I feel lonely and I want to make more money I feel like I'm falling behind, my girlfriend's mad at me, whatever,

right? Like I can list out each of the individual things that are making me feel overwhelmed.

And they like surround me because each one of them is individual and I could point to each.

And you know as much as like each of those things on their own are super valid,

I found that the reason you feel so overwhelmed is you allow yourself to feel

overwhelmed. Specifically what I mean is you allow all those individual things

those individual stressors, those individual problems or frustrations,

you allow them all to remain individual things.
