Oh, Loh how welcome back to the Anxiety Coaches Podcast. In today's episode, I want to talk

0:30.1

about stress that's in the world news and I want to help everyone distinguish the difference

0:38.4

between fear and anxiety.

0:42.2

And what I did is I have I took some notes from a talk that I listened to by Peter

0:49.6

Bregan I follow him and I've read a number of his books and I'm actually going to put a

2:07.6

with anxiety, we're not particularly having anxiety. It's not about the storm or the traffic jam or the virus or whatever.

2:19.8

That was what the fear is about. The fear is about a storm coming. How do I prepare? What do I do?

2:26.0

And so forth. But the anxiety is deeper. It's set off maybe and brought to our attention and ramped up by the storm or the

2:38.2

traffic or the virus or the news but that is not the absolute issue at hand. We have fear and we deal with what is in front of us,
