I use Instagram a lot on social media mainly to try and build a strong community of people that want to do the

work outs that I offer that aren't kind of super serious about getting shredded and building a monster body building body but want to stay fit feel good and feel happy about themselves and that's that's the message I try and put out there. I try not to show negativity and that sort of stuff, but I do show some weakness of vulnerabilities.
