| 1:28.8 | sleep better, have more energy and lose weight. They're hitting better levels of REM sleep, |
| 1:34.7 | according to a study in the British Medical Journal, open journal that's online. And that is very |
| 1:40.7 | significant. You actually think that alcohol helps you sleep |
