Thank you, Don. I'm happy to be here. It is a pleasure to be with you, sir. Award-winning author and

inspirational speaker, Chef Charles Carroll, is the recipient of over 80 national and

international awards and has served our country on eight U.S. Culinary Olympic teams. He spent the

past few years traveling around the United States and the world mentoring and presenting his

message to culinary students, chefs, industry professionals, and executives, as well as to the United States

military personnel. He was founder and producer of Operation Hot 2011 and 2013, producing

seven Vegas-style shows for our troops in Afghanistan. He currently serves as the immediate

past president of the World Association of Chef Societies and has a new book coming out, The Recipe, A Culinary Parable.
