0:16.0	Their screams are the worst. We're more than a hundred meters away on the
0:23.2	other side of the river, but I can hear Marines dying.
0:28.8	Their armored vehicle hit a landmine. It caught fire with 15 men aboard. They
0:40.1	scream as they burn alive. The radio chatter is desperate, almost hysterical.
0:51.4	Nobody can get to them. There will be no salvation, only a torturous death in the
1:02.9	flames. From our position across the river, we hear every agonizing moment and can
1:13.6	see their funeral pyre rising over the riverbank. I can do nothing. It is the most
1:26.0	helpless, enraging feeling I've ever experienced. I have no way to get across
1:34.1	the water to those burning men. It takes forever for the last screams to fade away.
1:46.4	And that is an excerpt from a book called Heart for the Fight. And it's written by
2:05.5	a guy named Brian Stan. And if you don't know who Brian Stan is, you can Google him.
2:14.7	He's a son, a father, a husband. He was the WEC Light Heavyweight Champion of the
2:22.6	World. He's a UFC veteran. Eleven flights in the UFC with some wins and some
2:30.2	losses against some of the best fighters in the world. He's also a veteran of the
2:40.0	United States Marine Corps with two tours to Iraq as a platoon commander and as a
2:48.7	company exo. And I am honored tonight to actually have Brian with us here as a guest.
