I know that's a big thing to say, but this is real talk.

Like straight from a note I wrote myself when, for out of nowhere, I start thinking,

you should just quit.

Nothing's working. If you wrote a book

people actually wanted to read, then you'd be a success, or you're old, what are you thinking doing

this? Where do these thoughts come from? Or how about this one? You eat so clean and work out so

hard. You should look so much better than you do. Wow, the enemy sure comes

at us with degrading lies, doesn't he? One night when I started to think these negative

thoughts for no reason, the Holy Spirit quickly pointed out and caught me before I spent days here,

and that's what I want you to do. This is your game plan for pulling
