to control your drinking when you actually have a drinking problem and what are your beliefs around a drinking problem? What does it

look like to you? There are many people and I myself, many of you know that I'm in

recovery and I stopped drinking many many years ago and there's different schools of thought about what is possible around alcohol addiction.

There are as a psychotherapist I absolutely know for a fact there is no one size fits all

absolutely not because I've seen with clients that their people can be circumstantial

alcoholics meaning they drink excessively during a certain period of time in their life.

And I don't just mean college. I mean stressful situations where they really use it to cope, which of course it does not make

anything better, but that then they go back to their life and it's they they don't

stay alcoholics, meaning they don't continue drinking alcoholically.

I have seen that happen.

So maybe I shouldn't call it alcoholic drinking,

but that's more excessive drinking

in a circumstantial way.
