holidays. I've been spending lots of time with my loved ones and taking some time away from

social media. It's been really refreshing and just nice to have some time to unwind.

I was thinking about what I could chat to you about in this episode

and I thought that since the new year is just around the corner, I share some ideas on how to use

mindfulness to have a fresh start. You could use these tips as we begin the new year or whenever

you feel like you want to gain clarity and choose how to move

forward in your life. I know this is really important to do. Sometimes we can just feel a little lost

or overwhelmed and lose sight of the big picture and what matters most to us. It can be hard to let go of the less important things and

we might hold ourselves back in ways we don't even realize. Consciously choosing to let go,

Tip one is to let go of the need to compare yourself to other people. It can be easy sometimes,

especially with so much access to social media, to get caught up in where other people are at in their lives and to feel like you're not
