anxiety and so I want to get to that because I really believe that with self-care that she can and all of you who consider yourself highly sensitive people and I know that's probably a lot of you again that just means that you are

learn some coping skills. I have a hard time finding the balance between feeling compassion for what they are going through,

2:49.7

this exact problem and still when I am tired or sick or hungry or whatever not by not on top of my game I can also find myself doing this because number one it's an old habit right from

3:08.2

back in the day and a number two it's my nature to be sensitive to those around me.
