I was looking through our different strategy sessions before we've had this one. And we've worked on a lot of

challenging client issues that really you've had, but they're so common for most people in business.

My question is around building not just retainer offers, but in this space.

So in human resources, you know, we're dealing with all things, people operations.

So compliance, risk management, helping them build healthy workplace cultures,

growing their team. So the compliance piece is often impacted by the fact that they may have

employees working and living in like 10 different states. Well, then you're now an employer

in 10 different states. And, then you're now an employer in 10 different states.

And different states have different labor laws that by compliance, it's what that employer

needs to comply with. They're under those different laws. I think it surprises a lot of people
