Okay, you are an HR consultant.

We've been working together almost a year or over a year.

A little over a year.

Yeah, a little over a year.

I was looking through our different strategy sessions before we've had this one. And we've worked on a lot of

different things. We've talked about different ways you could position. We've worked through some

challenging client issues that really you've had, but they're so common for most people in business.

We all are going to go through different phases of clients.

My question is around building not just retainer offers, but in this space.

So in human resources, you know, we're dealing with all things, people operations.

So compliance, risk management, helping them build healthy workplace cultures,

growing their team. So the compliance piece is often impacted by the fact that they may have

employees working and living in like 10 different states. Well, then you're now an employer

in 10 different states. And, then you're now an employer in 10 different states.

And different states have different labor laws that by compliance, it's what that employer

needs to comply with. They're under those different laws. I think it surprises a lot of people

that it's not the same from state to state. It's very different, especially in there are certain
