I've been able to kind of relive 2023 through the lens of all of my

Instagram friends.

And it's very cool to see what you guys have done in the

last year it's I guess there's a lot of similarities to when you pull up the podcast of your normal favorite feed and then

this time of year it's the highlights the best of the one time I talked to this you know we would never do that to you I would never

list off my accomplishments on social media because that's not really my swag

but it doesn't seem to stop I would say 99% of people.

So is this a thing where it's rooted in people wanting

congratulations and adoration or is it just like another helpful solution for our content issues?

I think it's a little bit of people.

Like National Ice Cream Day. patting myself on the back is self-care is the vibe that I get from it.

Oh yes yes yes under the guise of self-care. Yeah like I need to show all the things I achieved this year to make myself feel

better. Now that you're saying that, I'm like, actually I could use that.

Well, I don't know.

I think it's just people reflect too much this time of year because they don't have any work to do

and they're just sitting around when it's really just we

got to keep plowing through bro like who cares if you ask me I like to live in the

present I actually like to live in the present or even the future if I'm really on my on my shit that's where

anxiety lives Chris I don't understand this this level the posting and I feel like

it's something that didn't I feel like this year is more extreme than last so it's only going to get worse.
