Thank you so much for listening. Thank you for supporting me and today I've got something that's been helping me recently

Because here's two things I've realized about myself in life and I think

you'll be able to relate to them unfortunately you will and that's that I

and you maybe tend to worry quite a bit. In my life I find a reason to worry. I tend to ask

myself what can go wrong instead of what can go right. I tend to see a delayed

response from someone as a sign that they don't care or they hate me.

I tend to run wild with what ifs in lots of different areas of my life.

In business definitely.

I think back to my 20s in my sales career I used to get all worked up by delayed

responses from clients or prospective clients like if someone didn't respond quickly I assumed

the deal was lost or we were going to get fired or

whatever and I have definitely carried that into today where I will run wild with

assumptions based on communication styles and also in my personal life too wondering if someone with assumptions

based on some assumptions I've made up in my personal life too,

wondering if someone likes me or if I said something wrong or whatever

based on some assumption I've made up in my mind.

Lots of what ifs, lots of maybes, or lots of, I bet they's, right?
