We all have talents at something.

Some of you are blessed and you have talents in many areas.

Mine are very limited.

Talent is something that gives you a great head start.

It's defined as a special or natural ability.

So it's a wiring. It's a gift, really, that you have. And in essence, things come easy to you in

that area that other people find hard to do. And sometimes you don't even realize it comes easy to you.

You just don't realize how hard it would be if you didn't have that talent.

But other people, they notice that.

And, you know, talent is a super head start, but it's never a guarantee of performance.

And that's why I say talent is never enough. I think in that respect,

talent can even be overrated. Oh, this person is so talented. Yeah, but they don't have like a lot of

the other components that need to go with it to fully leverage and maximize that talent. And we're

going to talk about six or so of those today, that you need not as substitutes

for talents, but as supplements for talent to make sure that your talent is fully leveraged and

developed. It never develops itself. A talent needs structure. Talent needs discipline. It needs,

you know, the right work ethic I think. It needs all these different
