Hey, why don't you give everybody a little rundown

on who you are, David, so they get to know you better.

Sure so I'm a combat veteran I was in the United States Marine Corps and I got out

with a reconstructed infused ankle and started in real estate I opened up seven escrows in my second

month and made more money in my third month than I made the year prior getting shot

at. I started a team 10 months into my real estate career and in our second year grew up to seven people and we did a

117 transactions and here we are in my third year and now we have 27 agents three of

them are admins we have done a hundred and sixteen transactions in the first eight

months of the year and 100% of the agents that have been on my team for longer than 18 months are six-figure earners, which is everybody on the cover of that magazine right there.

So that's who I am and that's what I do.
