retreat to Italy. So I know that they all say when in Rome, but we're going to be skipping Rome

entirely and we're heading somewhere better. We're holding our next somatic retreat at this

absolutely gorgeous former winery located in Piedmont in northern Italy

from September 22nd to the 25th, 26. I'm really excited about the fact that this time we're going to a

much more quiet, tucked away corner of Italy that hasn't quite been discovered yet, so there's

not going to be a ton of tourists, just rolling hills,

fresh air, and access to authentic local food.

And over the course of four days, my colleague Orit and I will be guiding group somatic

sessions to help you work through some of the emotional patterns that talk therapy alone

hasn't been able to shift.

Plus, there's going to be plenty of downtime for you to wander, to decompress, or to just

exist and hang out alongside other polyamorous people who get it. We handle everything so that

you can be totally present. All of your accommodations are included, all meals, snacks, drinks,
