So everybody right now think about a box where you feel health back, where you feel like

you're not making progress.

And so maybe it's in your relationship, maybe it's in your body, maybe it's her in your

bank account, maybe it's in your learning.

There's three forces that keep you in that box.

The first dimension is your mindset.

The second circle is your motivation.

As a big one, a lot of people associate motivation to motivational seminars where they get

really excited and jump on chairs and they're like, oh man, I'm going to exercise tomorrow.

That's it.

I'm going to quit my job and they're quote unquote motivated.

But what they really are is just excited.

And so that's not the motivation I'm talking about.

I'm talking about sustainable motivation.

So our questions a lot of times they are formed through our expectations of others,

through our own experience, through events that happen in our life.

And so a lot of what limitless is is creating self awareness because how are you going to

make a change in a limit if you're not even aware that it exists?
