conquering anxiety with affirmations. So first thing I want to talk about is

using affirmations, you know there's a lot of different terms for it and we actually have a

on peaceful reminders and those are like affirmations they're like it's like good self-talk for when you are stuck in the anxious cycle.

But let's talk a bit here about how we can conquer anxiety with these affirmations.

It can be difficult sometimes to do anything with your

normal passion and excitement if you're feeling anxious. We know that feeling of you want to have your regular zest for life and then that cloud of anxiety comes over and anxiety can squelch our motivation and it can actually start to take over our life if we let it.

So if you have experienced panic attacks, high stress, anxiety, you know the feeling of being fearful of having

that all happen again.

And living in such fear means that we are in a state of perpetual anxiety. Now

this is the kind of self-talk that keeps us slipping back down the wormhole. What if it happens again?

Oh no, here we go again. We all know these sayings that we have for ourselves.

Driving on a particular highway where maybe you had a panic attack once,

you can feel it all start to ramp up again.

Oh no, what if it happens again? And That just keeps us in that cycle of anxiety.
