I know I hadn't heard that one but this is all very very useful when it comes to the complexity of choosing colours

because as I'm always ranting on you can't just pick up a paint chart and pop any colour there are so many different considerations

and which way your room is facing it's aspect here in the northern hemisphere we talk about north southeast west facing rooms with north being cool light

and south having all that lovely sunshine I'm not wrong am I in thinking that people in the southern hemisphere it switched the other way is that right

I think my son's currently doing this in science I could go and ask him he's only nine years old

there's definitely in the southern hemisphere the light is kind of harsher and brighter than in the sort of you know the northern hemisphere

it's it's got that sort of rain washed effect to it hasn't it's all a bit softer over here and I also want to say you know don't be frightened

this is not a sort of mathematical scientific thing you know it's a couple of things to bear in mind when you're picking a colour
