Hello, besties, and welcome back to the Inner Child podcast. It's Gloria here.

It is 9 a.m. on a Wednesday morning. I just met with my team,

putting together some content schedules for the podcast to make sure that I'm sticking to the

schedule and banging them out on time. I'm here with a cup of coffee, a glass of water,

the microphone in you. And we are here to talk all about

situationships. And believe me, when I say, I really do understand the pain that you feel

if you are currently in one. Now, some of you know that many, many years ago, I was in a

situation ship for 12 months for a whole year. and that is why time has nothing to do with

whether or not you are actually in one. And I was in a situation ship with a really nice guy,

which made it hard to feel upset, right? He was a really great guy. He knew my friends.

But every time I tried to clarify what this was, he would

avoid the question and sometimes even distract me by taking me out on a really nice date so that I

couldn't complain. And I remember one time we went to this really nice steakhouse. You know, I had like the long candles on all the tables.

There was low lighting. Even the waiters were dressed like butlers. It was so romantic.

And as we were eating, he told me that I was putting too much pressure on him by asking him what this relationship was.

And, you know, this was six months in.
