0:15.5	I've shown my calendar to a few people and they go, wait, what is that?
0:18.9	I go, yeah, this is my calendar.
0:20.2	Everything's broken down into 15 minute blocks.
0:22.5	Even if that block is like lunch, right?
0:24.9	Or it says like weed or go for a walk or something like that.
0:28.0	My calendar's completely broken up into those pieces and so I end up with a lot more
0:32.1	time, productive time than everybody else does during the day because I don't have to go,
0:37.0	hmm, what should I do now?
0:39.0	My day is planned in advance.
0:40.9	There might be flex time in there but it'll say flex time which means like go, read something
0:46.3	or go watch something or eat lunch with your wife, something like that.
0:50.1	But I spend no time, almost no time, on switching costs.
0:54.6	You know, I don't have to brainstorm what the next project is.
0:57.7	I don't have to prioritize anything.
0:59.7	I don't have to like react to people on my team making some sort of mistake.
1:04.8	Like there's some, there's little bits of that but it's built into the calendar I should
1:08.4	say.
1:09.4	That's such a good like, I'll call it what it is which is a life hack.
1:14.7	And let me ask you a question.
