about the way that some people will literally drag you into their own mental

gymnastics of trying to make you jealous or trying to show how amazing they are how many people are into them how

lovable they are how replaceable you are and how they do this in a manipulative way in the form of these mind games.

Mind games, psychological tricks and little tactics that people use to manipulate,

frankly, these are the little underhanded things that people do to control situations

by exploiting what makes us human, our emotions, our fears, our weaknesses, our insecurities.

And I want to talk about three mind games in particular, how to spot them and how to avoid them as a result.

And the three I want to talk about are specific and they're where someone let's call this someone someone you're dating or maybe a friend or whatever someone you're in a relationship with but they are are insecure, they are, they feel inadequate, they feel

powerless and as a result, resort they play mind games that attempt to make you feel that way.

The old switaroo, the reverse uno card, they want to make you feel the way they feel,

so they don't feel the way they feel, right? These games are designed to make you compare

yourself to other people, to make you compare yourself to other people,

to make you think about how popular they are, to make you chase them, to make you want them

to shift the power dynamic, to make you feel replaceable as a result.

And these are really very specific intentional games
