Summary
After a hot summer day - August 3rd, 1989, the DeLisle’s took their 4 children for ice cream along the Detroit River. A mechanical defect in their car caused the night to take a deadly turn that sent Larry DeLisle to prison for what should have been seen as a tragic accident.

| 0:30.6 | I've gotten a lot of emails from folks on the inside, but Larry is probably the most prolific for two reasons. He usually writes to me during holidays or major life events, which gives him plenty of reasons to write. |

| 0:41.1 | I mean, my son was just a few months old when we met, and he's going on seven now. |
| 0:47.8 | And that's not too far off from Larry's oldest back in 1989. |
