And I've got a couple points here that I think are really powerful, but also really practical. Nothing too pie in the sky or just, you know, silly little affirmations that while I do love a good affirmation and I spend a lot of time writing them, nothing too vague.

Let's get specific and let's get practical.

And the premise of this episode comes from the idea that most of our unhappiness in life is due to the fact that we are listening

to ourselves instead of talking to ourselves. Think about that. Hear that again, most of your unhappiness in life is due to the fact that you are listening to yourself instead of talking to yourself.

There's so much to unpack when it comes to your inner dialogue, your thoughts.
