The art of spiraling up.

Spiraling up, that's what I'm calling it.

It's the opposite of spiraling out of control.

Spiraling out of control or spiraling down,

however you'd say it, it's the opposite of being in your feels, having a bad day, life is just throwing

you curveball after curveball, really testing you and you're on the verge of being like,

I'm about the spiral. But instead of that you spiral up because you have a mindset of

spiraling up. This is the art of recycling. It's the art of recycling negative feelings into positive ones.

It's the art of taking things like haters, for instance,

and recycling their energy into something that serves you,

the art of taking doubt and recycling it into resolve, the art of taking

failure and recycling it into a foundation, this is spiraling up. And it's a decision we can all make. It's a mentality. It's a mindset that can save you or at

minimum we can empower you to grow. So let's talk about what this looks like and I'll start with the idea of haters.
