Here's the topic. Watch for quiet quitting. You know, the cost of employee turnover begins long

before someone departs your organization. Here's an example.

Think of it this way. If someone otherwise works at a productive level, 75 to 80% of the day,

you can expect that to drop to 50% or less once they decide they're leaving you voluntarily

or they mentally check out of the job and go through the motions until they're fired.

All the while, they remain employed and paid by you.

It is common for people to quit an organization months before they physically exit it, and the cost can be astronomical.
