Summary

When two South Korean girls were found dead with strange tape binding their hands and face - police were stumped. They had no leads, apart from the girls’ charming landlord Mr Kim, who viciously killed and hid the girls, before fleeing the country. The murders were so violent and extremely unusual that detectives had never seen anything like it.
