So we are studying the fourth chapter of the Bhagavad Gita.

We are talking about different kinds of spiritual practices.

And they all lead to the highest spiritual practice and realization, which is Brahmharparn-Pranam-ana Brahmahavi what is called the knowledge

sacrifice sacrifice is a misleading term here what Sri Krishna has done is all the spiritual

practices whether it is meditation or knowledge or pranayama all of them he has visualized them
