sad for friends and coworkers who are absolutely obsessed with social media platforms or their channels.

One person said to me, if you aren't on social media, you do not exist.

Why am I judging them?

I don't know people in my personal life who are on social media a lot except for work or a business.

so my daughter doesn't really do social media. My wife certainly doesn't.
