anything is possible at any time is just a matter of if you're going to put the work in or not.

And I think this year was a big win for me because of just honesty with yourself.

the last episode of He Said. She said of 2021 don't panic not the last one ever. Maybe actually

some of you were celebrating. But the last one of the year and we thought it'd be fun just to do

a very informal, not that any of our episodes are formal, but a very informal episode that kind

of emulates how Lori and I end our days. But instead this is how we're ending our year with you guys.

Oh, apparently bananas wants to be a part of it too. He wants to say hello. Yep. So at the end of

every day, Lori and I go for a non-negotiable walk as you know, and bananas. So I guess those

appropriate that he parked right there. And we'll do three wins each at the end of the day and then

we'll just wish well for somebody we care about. Sometimes it's someone we care about. Sometimes
