Here is the topic. Ambiguity is the enemy. The enemy of what you may wonder. Well, it's the enemy of

accountability. Sometimes we are unclear intentionally or subconsciously about what we expect from others, where they need to be in by when, and what's going to happen if it doesn't happen, because we think somehow we don't want to create that stress and anxiety and that that is being kind. Being unclear is a false kindness. Here is what we must grasp. Clarity enables accountability.

And in the absence of clarity, accountability is infeasible because the question becomes accountable

for what. If you want people to grow, you need to let them know what is expected by when,

what happens if they get there and if they don't.

Don't flinch or apologize for that. That's your responsibility and without it, you lose your credibility.
